New.Zealand 'Sweeeeeet AS'
Heyyyyy.So we are IN New Zealand and travelling on the Kiwi Experience bus all the way down NZ from Auckland to Christchurch in 18days. NZ is very beautiful,very hilly...lots of grass ha THE WEATHER SO far has been RUB-BISH.just horrific.. rain rain oh and cloud.So pretty lovely.We have been staying in different hostels each night(dorm rooms like boarding school with bunk beds)One room there us 3 and another girl and 1 guy....... yeah the guy felt a bit awkward.Still not getting used to the whole mixed dorm thing.Anyway we have been on lots of walks, seen lots of caves, waterfalls, a cultural experience in the maori village, shee sheering, rabbit sheering(dont ask)a nice beach..... Jess and George did white water rafting and a bungee swoop(I refused to do either it would have ended in tears,i just cant...ha)Last night we stayed in an interesting hostel..... found some pubic HAIR and a mouse in the bathroom.JUST WONDERFUL.Anyway today it rained so hard we couldnt ski dive today... but we will soon... oh YEAH.Gaboosh is gonna ski dive.Anyway we caught up with Dyl!!!!!(hes been a day in front of us and so we've missed him everytime) but we managed to do it and we FOUND HIM(AMAZING!),totally staying in same hostel tonight... Just went to supermarket to buy some food and cook together.Im glad we're changing our bus tomorrow and getting on Dyls, the people (mostly english) werent that great ON OURS... the group of jockey guys doing press ups IN the coach and couldnt stop talking about getting 'wasttteeddd' started to get on my nerves. Girls were alright though i suppose. Anyway its really weird being in completely different time zones to England... When we wake up you guys are going to bed... all very confusing but i like it. Body clock still slightly messed up.. Dont know what day it is...!Anyway very tired sorry havent written much will keep you posted on our activities over the next few days...! See Ya.

Better.Than.Sitting.AT.Home.
Sorry I haven't written been SO busy and haven't had time to write on my blog and let u know what I've been up to... So basically I'm gonna tell u everything we've been up to,details of everything to keep u updated!So basically we left england early on Easter sunday,all a very tearful goodbye and we set off to L.A,Which I've been to a long time ago but didn't remember much so was very excited.... After a long flight and jessica throwing up cos of the smell of the plane,BA airways have a funky airplane smell apparantly ha.Anyway we made friends with an air steward and he brought lots of first class crisps,sweets and chocolate over.Which was nice! Anyway we got our bags at L.A(struggling as ever not cool how heavy our bags are)And got to our hostel called Banana Bungalows,which was nice and simple.We got into our dorm.. Sharing with 3 other girls,2 english girls and some german girl that slept all day(apparantly she was in some soap/tv reality programme we were told ha).We used hairdryer and spoke so loudly I thinlk she hated us by the end of our stay.Our body clocks were/still are so fucked we went to bed so early and woke up so early!!We were suprisngly not that sociable ha... outside travellers were socializing and playing loud music but we went to bed so early,we were just exhausted!!
After a quick shower we got into our silk liners and got into bed but It was hard sleeping,georgie brought ear plugs meh.I forget everything oh gaby.Anyway universal studios was so much fun!Gaby overall enjoyed herself even though I HATE rides,almost as much as kat hates flying(and if u know Kat u should know that is a LOT).George and jess somehow persuaded me to go on the simpsons ride(god knows why) and the jurassic park one,both as bad as each other,hysterically cried and thought I was gonna vom,one ride I just had my hand covering my mouth.It was dreadful.Jess and georgie were laughing at me so much!Oh well,decided never to do 
that ever!The 3D shows(see the picture,the girls in the glasses!) and universal studio tour round the set of desperate housewives was AMAZING.The next day we went to santa monica by bus which was longggg but really nice,the beach was so nice and the sand was so warm.. We decided to rent bikes(with baskets of course oh how mary poppins ahhah.Mine was PINK) and cycled to venice beach which was so nice.Jess and georgie being the rebels they are got a tandem,a 2man bike which was hilarious cos they had trouble turning!hahah Got a video of them so I will show u all when I get home.Gaby being silly thought ah its sunny but quite chilly wind/nippy I don't need suncream and burnt my face.Nothing else just face under the eyes and nose,literally was a little pinky for 2 days.Was quite funny put so much bronzer on I looked.. Interesting.. anyway its gone now!So overall L.A wasn't glamorous,was full of strange creeps and mental people and we ate so much shitty food we felt so ill the whole time..,,,nice. Def gained shit loads of weight and lost that bikini bod in no time at all.However the shoppping was pretty good and we managed to find some amazing american vintage shops and managed to buy myself another cheap vintage mickey mouse sweatshirt : ) AND SEE THE STARS in the walk of fame!! Anyway while waiting for our flight to fiji at LAX airport we(actually I did suprisingly enough being blind and all..Let's be honest she wasn't hard to MISS in a sequin tracksuit hahaha) spotted LADY GAGA in the airport,we went up and asked for a photo with her... Georgies camera was playing up and her exact quote was 'Hurry up my little los angeles peanuts' Yeah...HER LITTLE peanuts.Amazing.Okay yeah..She's ugly and her clothes are ridiculous but I LOVE her.Anyway that was good and reallly made my day.After a long wait at the airport we got on another long flight to fiji,this time the plane didn't smell... More like that cocnutty shampoo u get so that was good for jess so she wasn't sick.. Anyway we arrived at fiji and got in a rickety old van and got taken to our hotel.. 7 pound a night hotel we were thinking cheap cheap cheap.it was only a 5 day stop off so we thought ahhhhhh amazing paradise and cheapness together.Oh no don't be silly these people jipped us in everyway possible... The food was pretty expensive for what it was,and the sand was far from white.. The colour grey comes more to mind AND it was raining.It rained loads and in the half an hour of sun we did have jess managed to go BLACK,georgie went freckly and kinda reddy and then stayed pale and gaby stayed pale.No joke didn't tan at all,Its almost as if 15is like a sunblock.I'm too used to oil!hahahaha so hopefully in thailand I'll be tanning my ass and rub it in jess and georgies face and win the tanning comp... Yeahhhhh no I don't think I will win.IOh well.I'm the butt of all jokes on my paleness at the moment.Not cool.Anyway we have all been reading so much cos of the rain in fiji,Jess has got through 3 twilight books she's waiting for jack to bring out the 4th to thailand,I am on the second.. Cos I was reading the reader which was alright!Bit obsessed with twilight at the moment... ( I'm sorry I ever doubted Gemma's obsession,I love it I've watched it 2twice already and me and jess can't stop talking about it and getting depressed!!!We've even got Georgie on it).Anyway we had no phone in fiji as there is no gprs which sucked cos we were completely cut off from the world and didn't know if people knew if we were alive etc /couldnt get hold of us.Anyway george and I have left pale still looking rather english,but its okay.. We are now in new zealand,we fucked up majorly cos u know we changed our route?We didn't change the bus route from Christchurch to Auckland(bottom of nz to top) so we arrived at Auckland airport to find that we were MEANT to catch the bus from Christchurch... So after much laughing and worrying we taxid it to the 'kiwi experience' shop in Auckland and thank god there are 3 spaces on another bus trip that stops at more places so it fits in fine.Its allllll good.Jess and george and I are thinking a big no no to bungee jumping,but a yes to ski diving.. Me and my heights/motion sickness phobia but I'm gonna suck it up and do it I think(hearts racing just thinking about it)but yeah might sit out the white water rafting hahaha.Anyway we get on the bus to start our bus adventure down the whole of new zealand so I will let u know on what we get up to and what we end up doing.Going to a nice indian restaurant to reward ourselves for messing up the bus trip and our first night in nz,wherever we are we seem to still find chocolate and sweets its quite hilarious(even fiji in the middle of no where) Anyway I am looking forward to the next 2 weeks travelling down the whole of new zealand.. Will try and write on this lots! See YA. X
